We can arrange classes to suit anyone – from beginners to regular students

We need a large, clean, warm, empty room (board or training room ideal)

We can supply equipment, including yoga mats

Special events

We can organise an event away from the office – just practising yoga, or including a business agenda, for executive teams or corporate groups.

It's really stimulating to include yoga in away days – on strategic planning, team development or training. Yoga sharpens the mind and helps you feel good physically. People of any ability or experience of exercise can take part.

Executive Retreats are held regularly at Kielder Conference Centre in Northumberland.

We can also organise retreats abroad in idyllic locations like the Hotel Alahaur in Benemauril, Spain
